Child Camp

Our Overnight camp brings together youth from around the world in a unique and well-protected environment

  • Have fun in a relaxed and secure environment.

Exposure to the renowned beauty of Canada's vast, open wilderness and to a community of friends offers young people a rare experience - one that will last a lifetime!

Regular camp activities

Swimming, water skiing, trampoline, river canoeing with overnight camping, archery, rock climbing, horseback riding, ball games, wilderness survival.

Optional activities:

  • Formal English or French language courses (15 hours per week)

Schedule:

  • Sessions start every Friday from the end of June to the end of August. A minimum two-week stay is required
  • Different scheduling or program possibilities are available for groups upon request.

Formal language courses

  • 15 hours of language training per week
  • a maximum of 10 students per group
  • qualified and experienced teachers
  • all books and educational materials are provided for the courses at no extra charge

Distinctive features

  • A relatively small camp (capacity of 150 campers) that allows for a family-like atmosphere
  • Qualified personnel for teaching and outdoor activities
  • Member of the National Camp association (USA)
  • Member of the Canadian Better Business Bureau (BBB)
  • Situated on a lake amidst woodland and mountains
  • Age of participants: 10-16 years
  • Accommodation: four campers per room (some rooms six)
  • Mix with campers from around the world
  • Three well-balanced, varied and nutritious meals a day
  • Escorted transport service to and from Montreal airport

Different scheduling or programs are available for groups year round

  • Eco-classes for school groups
  • High school graduation trips
  • Language training camp
  • Program may include : visits to Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City and an Amerindian Village, Toronto/Niagara Falls, Quebec City winter carnival

Winter period (groups)

Downhill skiing (15 hours per week), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating, wilderness survival, igloo-building, tobogganing, ice hockey, ball games, wilderness survival
